Four families will highlight their stories which will be followed by networking including 20-25 tables of resources from a wide variety of agencies and programs.
Although the event will highlight rare diseases the event is open to any member of the service with a child who has special needs and everyone is welcome to attend. If anyone has any questions they can contact me directly on my cell phone or email. THANK YOU IN ADVANCE for your support.
